Where were you born?
Born in Minneapolis, grew up in Golden Valley, MN

Where was your first gig?
It was at Golden Valley Highschool … I was 16 years old, and
it was for the annual school dance. We played Stones tunes like
“Under My Thumb” and also some stuff by Peter Frampton.

What is your favorite local band – either past or present?
Wild Weasels

What is your favorite band of all time?
Todd Rundgren

What is your favorite movie?
“As Good As It Gets” with Jack Nicholson

What’s your favorite Minnesota food?
Corn Dogs at the MN State Fair!

What’s the best concert you’ve ever seen?
It was Lynyrd Skynyrd – in the 70’s. It was their first show in
Minnesota, and I remember they actually threw grease on the keyboard
- and the guy continued to play!!

What is your favorite T.V. show?
House

What is the current set-up/gear you use in Face First?
I’ve got a Yamaha Motif 8, Roland VK7 organ, Yamaha powered
speakers, Beamz, and a Beringer Mixer

What other bands have you played with throughout your musical career?
City Lights, Shane’s Gang, Jumpstreet, London, Thayer Brothers Band, and Rock Bottom

When did you get your first keyboard?
When I was 14 – it was a Fender Rhodes

What do you do during the day?
I’m “Mr. Fix It” Man! I fix everything … I’m the ‘appliance-dude’.
